"I have chosen Pilates to help improve my performances as an elite long distance runner. I knew that I was weak in certain areas but was unable to make gains with typical strengthening exercises.  Pilates helps my running.  As a professional athlete there is rarely a lack in motivation to run, but other exercises can be hard to do when the body is tired.  I am motivated to keep coming back to Pilates because of the results I see and feel.

Pat makes the hour fun and innovative.  I have been to other Pilates instructors but, my weaknesses and imbalances were not being addressed.  I have had many injuries in the past and Pat was recommended to me to help strengthen my body and lower my risk for injury.  Pat addresses them and it is challenging!  It keeps me coming back for more!  She is very attuned to form and makes sure every exercise is done with precision."
